Welcome to the Samagra SC Samaj Shaadi (SSCSS) Partner Program. By registering as a Partner (Community Leader, Business Associate, or Service Provider) on https://sscss.co.in, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Nature of Partnership
1.1 Relationship: Partnership with SSCSS is a professional
collaboration. This agreement does not create a joint venture, employment, or
agency relationship between the Partner and SSCSS.
1.2 Eligibility:
Partners must be at least 18 years of age and, where applicable, must represent
a legally registered business or hold a reputable position within the SC
Community.
2. Partner Responsibilities
2.1 Accuracy of Information: Partners agree to provide true,
accurate, and updated information regarding their services, business, or
community standing.
2.2 Ethical Conduct: Partners must interact with
SSCSS members with the utmost respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination
(other than the platform’s specific community focus), or fraudulent activity
will result in immediate termination.
2.3 No Guarantees: SSCSS provides
a platform for connection. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads,
matches, or business conversions to our partners.
3. Samajik Business Connect Listing
3.1 Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the photos and
descriptions you upload, but you grant SSCSS a non-exclusive license to display
this content on our app and website for promotional purposes.
3.2 Verification:
SSCSS reserves the right to verify business credentials. We may request GST
details, shop licenses, or professional certificates at any time.
3.3 Prohibited
Services: Partners shall not list services that are illegal,
adult-oriented, or promote superstitions/harmful practices.
4. Data Privacy & Security
4.1 Member Privacy: Partners may receive access to certain member
data (with consent). This data must be used only for the purpose
intended (e.g., providing a service) and must never be sold or shared with
third parties.
4.2 Confidentiality: Any internal business strategies or
technical details shared by SSCSS with the Partner must be kept strictly
confidential.
5. Payments & Fees
5.1 Service Fees: If a partner opts for a paid promotion or
listing plan, all fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Commission:
Unless a separate written agreement exists, SSCSS does not take a commission on
transactions between a Partner and a Member. We are a platform for discovery
only.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 SSCSS is not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or
physical damages arising from a transaction between a Partner and an SSCSS
Member.
6.2 SSCSS shall not be liable for any temporary downtime of the website
or mobile application.
7. Termination
7.1 By Partner: You may terminate your partnership by deleting
your account or providing 15 days' written notice.
7.2 By SSCSS: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Partner
profile without notice if these terms are violated or if we receive multiple
complaints from the community.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
