1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a Partner on sscss.co.in, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between the Partner (Individual/Business) and SSCSS Matrimonial Services.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- Partners must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must provide accurate information, including a valid ID (Aadhaar/PAN) for verification.
- SSCSS reserves the right to reject any partner application without providing a reason if it deems the association not in the best interest of the community.
3. Code of Conduct & Ethics
As a representative of the community, the Partner agrees to:
- No Unofficial Fees: Never charge families extra money "under the table" for profile visibility. All payments must happen through the app.
- Respectful Interaction: Treat all community members with dignity, regardless of their sub-caste or financial status.
- Honesty: Do not create fake profiles or provide false information about a candidate to close a match.
4. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
- Non-Disclosure: Partners will have access to sensitive community data. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, selling, or downloading profile data for any purpose outside the SSCSS app.
- Zero Tolerance: Any unauthorized use of member contact details will result in immediate termination and potential legal action under the IT Act.
5. Commission & Payout Structure
- Referral Earnings: Commissions are earned only when a referred user successfully purchases a Premium Membership.
- Tracking: Referrals are tracked via your unique Partner Link or Referral Code.
- Payment Cycle: Payouts are processed on the [e.g., 10th] of every month for the previous month's earnings.
- Minimum Balance: A minimum of ₹500 must be earned before a withdrawal can be requested.
6. Relationship of Parties
- The Partner is an Independent Contractor. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
- Partners are not authorized to sign any legal documents or make financial commitments on behalf of SSCSS.
7. Marketing & Branding
- Partners may use the "SSCSS Authorized Partner" logo for promotional purposes only.
- You may not alter the brand colors or logo without written permission.
- No "Guaranteed Marriage" claims: You must not promise a 100% marriage guarantee to users; we are a matchmaking platform, not a miracle service.
8. Termination
SSCSS reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately if:
- The partner is involved in any fraudulent activity.
- There are multiple complaints from community members.
- The partner violates the data privacy clause.
9. Third-Party Profile Liability & Data Authenticity
9.1. Partner Responsibility: Partners who upload profile data from their own offline or independent databases acknowledge that they have obtained explicit, documented consent from the individual (or their legal guardian) to list their details on the SSCSS platform.
9.2. Limitation of Liability: SSCSS acts solely as a technology service provider and a hosting platform. SSCSS does not verify the origin of data provided by Partners. Therefore:
- SSCSS shall not be held responsible or liable for the accuracy, authenticity, or legitimacy of any profile added by a Partner.
- Any dispute arising from the unauthorized listing of a profile by a Partner is strictly a matter between the Partner and the concerned individual.
9.3. Legal Indemnity: In the event that a profile owner, candidate, or any third party initiates legal action, claims, or demands against SSCSS due to a profile uploaded by a Partner, the Partner agrees to indemnify and hold SSCSS harmless. This means the Partner will:
- Bear all legal costs and expenses incurred by SSCSS.
- Be solely responsible for any compensation or damages awarded by a court of law.
9.4. No Legal Recourse against SSCSS: By using this platform, Partners and their associated clients acknowledge that they cannot take legal action against SSCSS for any issues related to data added by Partners, including but not limited to privacy breaches, incorrect bio-data, or misuse of photographs by third parties.
9.5. Right to Remove: SSCSS reserves the right to delete any profile added by a Partner immediately if a complaint of "unauthorized listing" is received, without any prior notice or refund to the Partner.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
